Learn and improve basic and intermediate hooping movements and transitions. Wednesdays at 7:30 pm from March 25 to May 27 (10 weeks) at the Verdun Circus School. Hoops are provided.

A more flexible way to learn hula hooping. You will learn and improve basic and intermediate hooping movements and transitions and develop your flow and your control. All of that at your own pace. You can join the group anytime.
Hula hoops are provided free of charge
