A four days course that includes theory, practice including a full toolbox, and exams. In order to guarantee the quality of teaching, places are limited to 10 people. To participate, you need to master the techniques of our initiation course curriculum.
LEVEL: intermediate, advanced
DURATION: 4 days of 6 hours, for a total of 24 hours
TIME: 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

At Hoop Montreal, Hoop Fitness consists of a group fitness exercise class, taught by a certified HFP instructor, against a musical background, during which participants use an unweighted hula-hoop sometimes on the ground, sometimes in hands, sometimes rotating on different parts of the body (most often around the waist or hand).
During HFP training, you will develop a general understanding of how the human body functions, including the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems. You will have access to a full range of tools allowing you to build and conduct effective Hoop Fitness classes.
This intensive training is spread over 4 days, during which you will see the theory, develop and practice your teachings, while sharing your knowledge and experiences. It will end with a written exam and a practical exam. During the training, you will have the opportunity to try and observe a Hoop Fitness class at Hoop Montréal.
You must be present at ALL classes (24 hours in total) in order to obtain your Hoop Fitness Pro Certificate. Please contact us if you are unsure of having the skills to become a Hoop Fitness Pro or if you have any questions.
